Hi there! I'm 23 years old and since high school, I am already health and body concious. I have already tried almost every kind of exercises just to keep me fit and some weight loss products. Though I'm not that really fat, I would still wanted to be sexy :) (I know girls, that's all our dream isnt it?) Right after college (April 2007), I noticed that I was gaining weight (from 57 kg to 68 kg).. my face, arms and hips became so soft and big. At first I thought it was impossible to lose weight coz I never had the guts to start a serious diet for i really really loved to eat. I have tried a lottt of pills and diets but I NEVER lost real weight. The truth is nawalan na ako ng hope na papayat pa ko ksi seeing myself in the mirror is like seeing a very very undisciplined person. I First took the zhen de shou pills from Magic Potions in July 2007 and stopped taking them October 2007. I lost 40 pounds in 3 months which was my weight goal to begin with. I lost 20 pounds the first month. I could not believe it, still can't. I went from a size 12 to a size 3 in 3 short months. I believe in this product. It has helped me and changed my life dramatically. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight. I don't know if theresa has said anything to you but i have lost 17 pounds with these pills already. they really are a magic potion to me since i have tried many different diets and none of them work. i really believe in these pills, not only do you loose weight eating all you want but you feel great at the same time. Hi my name is Jane and I’m 26 years old. All my life I’ve been overweight. Yes its fun being a woman but it’s not fun when I’m always the center of attention, or I should say laughing stuff because of my figure. My experience with Zhen De Shou

The battle situation. I have been over weight since I finished
University work about fifty years ago. And marriage. My weight gain did not come suddenly, but it was inexorable. I have tried all kinds of disciplines, both dietary and exercise. Even fasting of several kinds, including the marathon water fast. They worked for a while. But always my body weight recovered, and resumed its inexorable climb. My most severe weight was 221 lbs.,in the late 90s. In 2002 my health was so bad I was diagnosed for an angioplasty or a by-pass. Prayers and food supplements got me off that tough scrape. Since then I have been on one program after another to reduce weight. Last December 2006 at 77 years, I weighted 214 lbs. My midsection was as distended as could be. I gave up checking my muscle-fat index. I started thinking when they bury me will I fit.

Dr. Martin Manahan. My nephew, a doctor of medicine, who also belongs to the hefty side of my family, is my technical consultant on these matters. In one family gathering he spoke to me of a chinese herb that claimed effectively inducing weight loss. Naturally I didn’t believe him. But when I saw him again some months later he had turned from the portly person I always knew to the superbly lean individual before me. It was Zhen de Shou from Magic Potions that did it for me.

Going for it. Despite the instinctive doubt about quick fixes I

In January, 2007, I bought three boxes good for thirty-days. I marked out the claims in the literature, and set my targets accordingly: a weight reduction of 1.3K (3 lbs.) in the first six days, 2.5K (5.5 lbs.) after ten days, 6K (14 lbs.) after 20 days upon consuming the second box or 20 capsules.

Start-stop. I started taking one green and light green capsule upon waking up, and at least a half hour before breakfast. I didn’t feel anything – no palpitation, no diarrhea, associated with metabolism accelerators that I had tried in the past. But after three days my trustworthy weighing scale didn’t indicate any weight loss either. I stopped the damn thing. I was like a kid learning to drive a jeep.

Plateau. I texted my nephew and complained. He said: 'Tito, the excess weight in your body is so compacted you have probably plateaud. But you must restart immediately - sayang. However note that you will probably arrive at several similar plateau episodes.' So that’s what I did, and restarted my rusty jeep. This time it went forward smooth. I haven’t stopped since.

Results. Today six months later, this month of June, 2007, I weigh 197.5 lbs. That is a weight loss of 16.5 lbs., about 2.75 lbs. a month on the average. I am extremely pleased. And I haven’t even started an exercise program. Although I have been plateauing again at the 200 lb. level for the last 3-4 days. I am confident I will get out of it.

Goals. In the meantime I have recalibrated my goals. I plan by the end of the year 2007 to achieve my post college weight of 180 lbs. I have six months to go. I have set what I feel are realisitic and do-able targets for every end of the month:

Next year, will be marking the golden anniversary of my wedding to my
beloved Fely, my one and only wife, of fifty years. This will be my
gift to her - the same body that she married half a century ago. I do not promise her anything else. But I will feel good.

As far back as I can remember, dieting had always been a part of my life. At first, dieting was just a fad. When I was a teenager, every girl I knew was on some form of diet for one reason or the other – whether it was getting ready for a long-term affair like the prom or a short-term weekend date. Not that we were obese, we just never felt thin enough.

Through the years, the need to diet was no longer an optional issue. My doctors had to recommend heavy-duty dieting for health reasons a number of times in the past. My thyroid condition, hypothyroidism, contributed to my weight problems and had to be addressed with medication.

For those who have always had a weight problem, it is an endless and utterly frustrating cycle of gaining weight and losing weight, of yo-yo diets, of experimenting with an array of herbal pills , teas, and juices.

Of course, there is always the option of cosmetic surgery – with your choice of doctors, clinics, and surgical packages to suit your preference and budget.

Being a part of the majority who has already tried various non-surgical products, Zhen de Shou initially seemed like any other product of its kind in the market. However, when I saw its results on my uncle, who starting taking Zhen de Shou after he saw its results on a number of his family members, I decided to try it as well. I am now on my 6th month and so far I have lost 25 pounds. What’s even more significant is I have lost a total of 6 inches around my waist and tummy areas and 3 inches around my hips.

However, I must stress that merely taking Zhen de Shou without the benefit of a healthy diet and regular exercise will not bring fast results. Yes, you will still lose weight but not as fast as you would want or expect to.

I used to weigh 120lbs. I did try exercising but for some reason I gain back all the weight after, I had trouble figuring it out and then I realized that no matter how hard I try exercising and how many calories I burn, I can gain it all back by eating and eating. So I was looking for a way to be able to control my food intake while doing my exercise, and I heard of Magic Potions’ Original Zhen de Shou. I decided to give it a try and it definitely worked. Now I am down to my ideal weight of 105 lbs, I honestly credit Zhen for this because my problem before was I tend to eat a lot more since I thought that it would compensate for the exercise that I was doing ( Fyi, the exercise I do is just walking..
